DiGi line is really bad. Please think twice. I nearly vomited every time I receive a call.

QUOTE(hown @ May 31 2012, 02:10 PM) 700kbps is still acceptable for normal surfing though I get more than 10Mbps with my Maxis la. I can't tolerate anymore longer when the line is not clear and keeps breaking. I CAN'T HEAR THE OTHER PARTY CLEARLY. The worst part is my phone rings almost every half an hour, this shows how important mobile phone reception to me. Anyway, I only need to bear it for few more days, I'll be using my Celcom line in the office and my DiGi line will be made retired soon in the office. Thank God! |

QUOTE(colenz @ Jun 17 2012, 10:18 AM) Anyone here facing digi service disruption lately or all the times ever since the first day subscription? Ive been using this almost 2 years but recently the service was totally a disaster. Drop calls while driving, calling out failure, not able to receive call eventhough showing full coverage. Will all this issue related to the mobile phone itself? We have complained this at almost every recent page. I had call Digi centre to lodge a complaint and they are all just SOP to entertain me. Maybe it's time to consider a different Telco. Yes, this is due to their Tomorrow's Network project. Now they told me my area will finish on 22nd June. Let's see how true is that. I hardly hear anything when I'm in the office. Coincidentally, company has given me a Celcom line last Thursday. The difference is between hell and heaven. |

Don't change for now, my only advice to you. and now plan to switch to Digi as the price is much more affordable... i would like to know what is the con of switching to Digi... as i heard quite a number or ppl complain the coverage is bad... and the data line is slow... izit true...? btw... i'm in malacca... will travel to NS & JB quite often... I'm using its Ambassador Plan and it is a limited plan also ask you not to change. The speed is horrible now. Wait till their upgrade is done. |

QUOTE(mashimaro_jean @ Jun 21 2012, 01:35 PM) hey there, i recently subscribed to the rm43(1gb data) postpaid plan for 12 months and realised that i barely reached 400mb every month. my sis is under my sup line and she uses more than me. is it possible to do a swap between our plans? I don't think so as you are tied with contract. If not, get your sister out from your supplementary list and register as a principal line. Then you can terminate your principal line and change to be under her supplementary plan. However, you are now tied with 12 months contract, so this is no longer possible. |
