Added on September 7, 2012, 12:28 amI'm letting go my 4 years old DiGi Ambassador Plan as well. The line sucks like hell. Since I'll be getting the Galaxy Note 2, such great phone doesn't deserve this bad sucky line.

Gonna port to U Mobile.

It is the damned DiGi doing its Tomorrow's Network upgrade which brings nothing but pain to the users.

The Tomorrow's Network upgrade is doing batch by batch, area by area la.
Klang Valley is the most affected zone at this moment.

I was from Maxis and switched to DiGi, I know how bad Maxis billing is.
I'm using Maxis 3G Unlimited now. So I guess this doesn't make me look biased to you.

That's the shortfall of using DiGi. Everything was kinda acceptable and I really loved the network. Until their so-called necessary upgrades - Tomorrow's Network seems to screw up everyone's connection and signal. Everything is not the same anymore. I had this problem since Feb/March, that's more than 6 months and the upgrades don't seem to be over anytime soon.

Now I'm just waiting for the launch of Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and I shall port in to telco besides DiGi that provides the best rate. Else, I will get a generic unit and change my DiGi line to U Mobile.

You could try to speak to DiGi and see if certain compensation can be made to you which clearly wasn't your fault!

No, RM 68 is 3GB and not unlimited.
Smart Plan 48 might not be enough if you are a heavy user, you turn on your 3G but did you use it constantly for browsing?

If I'm not wrong, DiGi will not implement throttling after exceeding the quota, nowadays your data plan will be suspended till the next cycle.

Unlimited means unlimited speed not unlimited quota.
