QUOTE(Nation of Sensation @ Jul 2 2012, 11:14 PM) I am currently under the Ambassador plan. Can I simply port out to other telcos? Yes you can, it is a normal postpaid plan.I heard from a friend that I need to switch to the normal plan first, only then can port out. Can anyone confirm this? I want to port out mine too, yes Ambassador as well. |

QUOTE(yangxi @ Jul 22 2012, 10:05 PM) wa beh tahan !! Digi line getting worst in melaka. It seems like it has attacked Malacca also.get misscall often ..$^@#$^$ and 3G signal full also no internet . I have been living in this kind of life when I'm in the office, for nearly 4 months. Luckily I have my Celcom corporate line given by company, DiGi no. almost doesn't ring anymore. Just once a while WhatsApp with my friends and yes sometimes they don't receive my message. Bad data line. This post has been edited by fruitie: Jul 22 2012, 10:11 PM |

QUOTE(yangxi @ Jul 22 2012, 10:12 PM) still left 2month iphone contract (24month).. If I'm not using corporate line, I would have given up on DiGi already, and probably switch to U Mobile.might jump to Celcom. although bit expensive. Added on July 22, 2012, 10:13 pm Digi EDGE problem.. u can't receive call when get internet connection. For my case, EDGE and HSDPA makes no difference, both hardly work in my workplace. Complained and they asked me to wait and wait, they are finishing their Tomorrow's Network upgrades. FYI, I have complained since March and I'm really tired with their bullshits and endless of fake/empty promises. I used to be DiGi's biggest fan, now I always advise people to stay away from this useless telco. Talking about cost saving? I guess U Mobile does a pretty decent job here, provides kinda good network* and offers cheap plans. *For areas without U Mobile's 3G coverage, it will auto switch to Celcom's 2G network. |

QUOTE(yangxi @ Jul 22 2012, 11:10 PM) Maxis does very good job in these 2 years. I'm using its Maxis 3G Internet to online everyday at home, coupled it with my DC-HSPA+ modem, I could easily get over 20Mbps at home. DDL is more than 2.2MBps. So yeah, go back to Maxis. |

It's funny to see that 2 years ago, a lot of people ported out from Maxis to DiGi. In this year, the other way round, people ported in to Maxis from DiGi.
This itself proves how reliable DiGi is. From bad to worse. I believe other telcos are also doing constant upgrades because I'm using Maxis broadband, I know they do. From 2 years ago 3Mbps to now 20Mbps. Do they basically make their customers unhappy by doing an upgrade which can create inconvenience to its customers, say like for 1 year? The Tomorrow's Network brings nothing but despair to the subscribers and it is jeopardizing DiGi's current customers pool. If nothing is done, more and more people will leave this network. Their CS and technical fellows can't do anything besides apologising profusely. This post has been edited by fruitie: Jul 23 2012, 11:40 AM |

QUOTE(Dannyl @ Aug 22 2012, 12:54 PM) My partner's principal line RM68 Smart Plan is expiring soon. She doesn't use much data, probably <300MB a month. Calls and SMS usage about RM25-RM35. What contract-less plan is suitable for her? It can be principal or supplementary under my account for more savings. Or, if there's a really better plan outside of DiGi, we'd consider that too. Thanks. DG Smart Family Plan then, RM 28. http://www.digi.com.my/postpaid/dgfamily.do Or change to lower package of Smart Plan. http://www.digi.com.my/postpaid/plan_smartplan.do |

QUOTE(Dannyl @ Aug 22 2012, 03:08 PM) Thanks for the reply. DG Smart Family Plan is the one we're looking for, I guess. I doubt so, but you can always call and enquire or simply utilize the OCS feature. Another question. Is it possible for me to hold both principal and supplementary lines under my name? So whenever I change plans for either of us, only I need to be there at the center. |
