Select only 3G from your phone's mobile network options?

Luckily I don't face that problem, surprisingly early in the morning my BIS is running good, I can surf net almost instantly though I limited it to only EDGE.

Then your area probably not in 3G area...
How about selecting 2G/3G?

How about your SIM card? The super old type or just a recent these few years one?

How about your friends? Any of them using DiGi and at the same area as yours?
Do they have the phone connected to 3G?
If no, put your SIM card into your friend's phone which supports 3G.

If none of your friends is able to connect to 3G in the same area as yours and using DiGi - Tower issue
If your SIM card can detect 3G in your friend's phone - Phone/SIM card issue (unlikely)

3G = UMTS
3.5G = HSDPA and now most of them have upgraded to HSPA

Either way, you should see a H for a normal smartphone and 3G for BlackBerry. BlackBerry will only show 3G and not H or 3.5G.

Maxis can but not DiGi.

I'm using and there is no phone bundled package for Ambassador line.

Main line yes but not supplementary.

Same here. I'm using BlackBerry Bold 9780 and limit my connection to EDGE.
My BIS doesn't seem to work well, keep on time-out.

My signal keeps dropping in the office. Two days already my phone went to SOS call and SIM Card Rejected status without me noticing.

Where is your area?
For areas without HSPA and 3G, it will automatically ride on Celcom's 2G.

That's the reason why these people are not doing their homework well.
I'm not sure how's the coverage back in PG but as far as I know, in KL Sentral, PJ, Port Dickson and Seremban, these areas are fully covered then I'm happy already. I frequent these areas all the time.
My sister is using U Mobile with her iPhone 4S in PD and Seremban, she has no complaint and it has been treating her well.

I feel the 2G is faster than DiGi's EDGE.

To bear with this kind of service, I guess it is worth it.
4 years plus with Ambassador Plan, I guess the service gets worse.

Yesterday my colleague tried to call me several times and cannot get through. The best part is I didn't get any missed call alert SMS. Bravo DiGi.

I think I'm really done with this. I'll call them after my work today.
