QUOTE(KannaSai1 @ Sep 3 2014, 11:14 AM) great, may give it a try some time in that casehad a bad experience with RM4 for 300MB last night went over quota due to constantly interrupted download (PAYU charges apply after quota) sms from DG informing me of the quota usage was only received hours later seems not possible to check usage under *200# too, not good DG needs a new Intelligent Network (was not the last upgrade 10 years back, when they introduced Beyond plan?) |

Yes, can MNP into DiGi Easy. And if you subscribed monthly mobile internet, speed is throttled after exceeding quota when you use browser other than Opera Mini.

QUOTE(Flex @ Sep 12 2014, 11:15 PM) DiGi Super Long Life one year validity no more already for new DiGi Easy Prepaid? Seems revamped to RM5 for 30 days validity. DiGi Easy never had Super Long Life, and for DiGi Best, you will only see the one year option if your credit is enough to buy it.This post has been edited by dgboy: Sep 12 2014, 11:26 PM |

QUOTE(abec @ Sep 25 2014, 12:12 PM) email to DiGi with the facts and ask them to adjust your credit.. they will do so if it's their system error. you may need to wait a few days for DiGi to process. no one here can help you unfortunately. This post has been edited by dgboy: Sep 25 2014, 03:38 PM |

now I found in DG website FAQ that only Traveller Plan can subscribe Super Long Life [SLL]
sounds like a cynical plan to extract an plan upgrade fee from all DG Best users that want to maintain SLL |

QUOTE(omega10 @ Oct 12 2014, 03:24 PM) It is confirmed that DiGi Best Prepaid version 3 no longer has the option for 365 days validity. I will MNP once my line expires. No big deal. After waiting two weeks and sending a reminder yesterday, finally I got this answer from DG today:By the way, any difference between Best Prepaid and Traveller Prepaid? Kindly be informed that the difference between DiGi Best Prepaid V3 and V4 is that Best Prepaid V4 will enjoy lower IDD 133 rates and also entitle to subscribe to super long life service. The domestic calls and SMS rates are the same. |

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Dec 28 2014, 10:35 PM) Luckily I found this post. Tried to reload super long life but no option available. So paid RM3 to upgrade to v4. Really no catch or hidden fee for this v4? I don't think there is any catch. Seems to be just a sneaky way of collecting an extra RM3 from Super Long Life users. |

1 Call the number like any normal Malaysian number (+60 16 ...).
2 Both sides are charged for the call (caller in Malaysia will be charged normal local rate, receiver in Thailand will be charged the roaming rate for receiving call). 3 If there is a difference, it will only affect your charges as caller, which are much smaller than the receiver's roaming charges. The closest alternative to DG Prepaid SmartPlan is Umobile prepaid, which provides a basic and flexible prepaid plan and the option of Unlimited Mobile Internet [UMI]. UMI provides a monthly quota of data, call minutes and sms, much like DG Prepaid SmartPlan.

QUOTE(KL_menJERIT @ Jan 15 2015, 08:00 PM) dont understand digi best prepaid call rate 26sen6sen / first 10 secs 20sen / next 2 mins 20sen / every subsequent min if i call in 30second,what about the charge? it's actually very expensive if your short call is between 11-30 seconds This post has been edited by dgboy: Jan 15 2015, 08:23 PM |

QUOTE(KL_menJERIT @ Jan 15 2015, 08:34 PM) yes, agreedand if you compare 30 second call cost: DG Easy 15sen, Hotlink 12sen, Umobile 10sen but if you make call of several minutes, the Best rate averages to about 20sen/min and it's a fairly good rate compared with these other plan. |
