4G available for all plans and coverage pretty good in the city though of course there will be holes. Check with DG your sim card is compatible. Not sure for iPhone you need some kinda activation / permission from Apple to use 4G.

You need to call DG CS to check on that. Sounds high. Could be billing error. I'd expect a rate of around RM1.50/min.

Max RM3 and Free 64kbps are different and will be listed separately under *200*1#.

You should receive SMS confirming IDDIC subscription. If not, I'd suggest you keep trying.

I have been informed before that porting request only verify on matching of phone number and ic. Most likely, it's data entry error on the phone number where your number was typed by mistake. So long as the submission have the correct, non-matching ic, you should be safe. Anyway, better check with DG.

login to MyDigi using DG Connect for the other number and choose Plan Add-On.

use a non-DG internet connection for this login.
