QUOTE(skydrake @ Jan 6 2014, 10:18 PM) the 365 not in the long life package anymore it's still there, provided1 you're on the latest version of Best plan, and 2 you meet a minimum balance requirement (either RM35 or RM40, not sure), without that the one year option does not appear on the menu even. |

DG do not allow switching between Easy and Best.
The only way to do it is by porting out to another telco and then porting back to DG. |

I cancelled my birthday this year. Not worthwhile any more. You can't even top up RM10, as the minimum is now RM30.

QUOTE(TheWandererX @ Feb 21 2014, 11:37 PM) Anyone can help me? My validity period ended yesterday (20/2). I subscribed to a 3 day mobile internet plan on 19/2. But somehow when my validity period was over, my Internet was disabled. Is this what Digi does to make you reload? Yes, your line has to be in active state to do anything.Never mind that you paid in advance for the pass, DiGi don't care. |

DG Best latest plan, the call rates averages to 20 sen/min, and there are 15 favorites at 12 sen/min.
This compares with 20 sen for Umobile and 24 sen for #Hotlink, neither of which provides favorites. However, Umobile provides one hour of free calls within network per day. Basic SMS rate on Best is 8 sen, and 1 sen for DG favorites, 6 sen for non-DiGi favorites. You can also buy blocks of cheap SMS to any DG nos. This compares with 8 sen/3 sen for Umobile to non-U/U nos, and 7 sen for #Hotlink. This post has been edited by dgboy: Feb 23 2014, 12:20 AM |

The rates you quote for Maxis is HYC, which is no longer offered to new users.
Umobile new plan is 20 sen/min, old plan is 18 sen/min. DG Easy is focused on the 3 or 5 DG Buddyz, and outside of that the basic call rate is 30 sen/min. It seems Easy not really suitable for your needs, but at least there are plenty of choices of where you can take your nice number. Best of luck. How much credit have you accumulated?
Honestly, you have two good plans already, and I'd suggest trying to sell the DG number/plan to someone who finds it more useful. |
