QUOTE(wackybeaver @ Apr 5 2015, 10:33 PM) Is there any code to check my current digi plan? I bought about a year ago and when i asked a digi service centre recently about what plan it is they just told me "One of the old ones, we don't offer it anymore". Try the code I just quoted. If that is not informative, login to OCS or MyDiGi and check under Call Plan. |

If I'm not mistaken, the IMEI blocking would only apply to use of the lost device on DG network. Still, that's better than nothing.

As mentioned above, once the telco assign a new sim card to your line, the old sim is not usable by anyone. It's like changing the lock to your house front door, after that the old key cannot open the door.

There is no such thing as unlimited, just a marketing jargon... but if DG gonna move the goalposts every month, then it's hard to plan one's usage...

It is best to check with DG. Anyway, disabling voicemail while roaming is strongly recommended. If voicemail is active and an incoming call is unanswered and diverts to voicemail, you can potentially be charged roaming rates for the incoming call and the divert to voicemail.
If you set voicemail to unconditional divert, meaning all calls go straight to voicemail and your phone never rings, the divert should occur locally with no charges except to your callers. However, sometimes telcos bill wrongly so disabling voicemail is by far the safest option. This post has been edited by dgboy: Aug 8 2015, 11:23 AM |

If you're in Malaysia, divert to voicemail won't be charged. If you're roaming overseas, it depend on the telco whether they charge or not. The call quite possibly is diverted via the overseas network, and therefore chargeable as either incoming or outgoing call. It could be billing error also, so it's better to raise up with DG. If chargeable, RM5 sounds right and 3-4 seconds is consistent with a caller reaching voicemail and then hanging up.
