QUOTE(lisahasan @ Feb 19 2012, 10:55 AM) is it true ? my house just near by the NKVE damansara tol. the tol were just behind my house. i live in apartment permai, jalan tropicana selatan. also hard to send sms and call. my fiance too. live near by, mutiara tropicana. just cross the street. Yes, you can try to call them also to re-confirm again if you like. I tested and it seems the area impacted is all the way until about 300m before the traffic lights of the KBU junction. So people in the housing area there also may also be impacted. edit: Service appears to have recovered since ~noon time and steady until now. Fingers crossed! QUOTE(dgboy @ Feb 18 2012, 10:25 AM) DiGi SmartPlan. Prepaid Daily 50MB and Weekly 250MB, all only strangle speed after quota Prepaid data pay-as-you-use, daily cap is RM8 Postpaid data pay-as-you-use, monthly cap is RM240 Postpaid 68Plus and 88Plus have PAYU rate of 30sen/MB after quota Basically, except for Smartplan, only DiGi postpaid users have to be a bit careful on data quota currently using the weekly 250mb. will it send me sms alert when i hit the quota for it?

My prepaid got deactivated because I did not reload for 3 mth & digi never send reminder for me to do so. I went to Digi center for help and they told me my number is still in the sistem but then they say they cant get me back the line because i need to give them the card holder that initially came with the sim card thing that put into your phone so that they can forward it to the main office?
I do hope i can get the number active and use the same number all over again. Any other way, i may worry the digi center folks talking rubbish

Yes, they are right. By right, there is no way you can get back the number. At least now they tell you there is another solution for you. Get the card bracket then. Remember, actually there is no way you can get back your line once it gets terminated.

But I dont think i can find it since it was dissapeared long long time ago Is there such thing as getting prepaid then try to change the number as close as the number i am familiar with? Also, is it possible to MNP to other telco when my line is deactivated? This post has been edited by minizian: Feb 20 2012, 02:26 PM

I recommend everyone to keep the sim card frame safely, as well as to record down the long number printed on the sim card.
At least DiGi still give prepaid users 90 days. The latest Hotlink plan get only 50 days (and possibly Xpax too, not sure).
DiGi do send sms reminders, at least 30 days and 7 days before termination (and one more at 90 days, where you still have 2 more days to topup). However, I suspect those sms are short-lived (maybe one or a few hours validity), so if your sim is not in a phone and the phone switched on around the clock, then it is very likely the warning sms will not reach you.
Although I've requested for it several times over the years, DiGi (unlike Hotlink) still do not put the termination date in their *126# balance message. The only way to get the last date to top up is to contact Customer Service.

Well, provided you are in luck and can find the number which you are familiar with.

I plan to do porting for another line of mine to celcom. The criteria for the porting as below. What does "account is active" means? Currently the line has been barred (still can receive call, but can't make call only) since I didn't reload it but I still hv like 1-2 months before it's terminated. Can I still MNP this line? Thanks.
What are the criteria of successful porting? i. No overdue amount ii. No outstanding contract obligations iii. Supplementary number needs to ported together iv. Service subscriptions with additional number issued to the account e.g. data, fax, and other value added services must be migrated v. Credit Limit not exceeded vi. Account is active
