I just received a SMS regarding my account have been deducted by 102 400 RM at 5.00 pm recently. I am quite shock as I received the message because I'm just using prepaid service. Later, I check my actual balance and my internet balance have been displayed to 0 MB (It should have 70++MB left). Then I head off to call service hotline technical department and they inform me that the value of 102 400 is my internet balance. Not happy with the answer, I start arguing with the person in charge and he just drop off the call without proper etiquette.

I have the proof that I have not use Internet more than my actual balance. I just want to know where is my data gone? Is it because of Digi network problem?Or my phone have been hack?

Having used the data usage screen since it was introduced with ICS and having been with Digi the entire time, their accounting of data isn't the same as your phone, it's usually really close but sometimes its over sometimes its lower than Digi's.

The Data usage screen itself tells you as much that the accounting might be different from the carrier's.

I just migrate from the Maxis earlier. This is my 1st time encounter this. Usually the data from carrier and handphone will not be very far. The handphone will display more data consumption than the carrier. I will always check the balance everyday it still give me the same results (still below than my maximum capped) until yesterday I got the message regarding the deducted value. That's why I am very piss off!!Suddenly gone like a dust!Even for a just 70MB of value, I am very doubtful if it will happen at more bigger data leech than this.

anyone experiencing slow internet speed after digi introduce H+ to the mobile network?

@KL.... currently always reach 4.5mbps except those area with slow speed before H+ introduced.

Anyone face problems with receiving calls now?
I cannot receive any calls now, but I can call out.

I'll get a lot of missed calls SMS after that.
Sometimes will SMS delivery is delayed too.

Expiring or terminating?

You cannot transfer credit out if your line is in inactive state (grace period).

Any credit remaining will be forfeited upon termination. However, if it is not too late, you could do a mini top up or talktime transfer into your line to reactivate it for a couple days or more. You could then transfer out some of the credit, but I believe at least RM10 must remain.

hi guys. how to check my prepaid plan either it's best or easy? i switched online via digi website where i choosed the easy prepaid. then, the simcard was delivered to my house, and it's best prepaid. i don't know if they have put the wrong sim case or what, then how do i check my plan?

Hi guys do you all face gps problem lately? My phone is galaxy s2 n about 2-3 months ago my gps is not working as in no gps found hence I cant use Google map n waze because it doesn't update the location really frustrated is it my phone problem or digi? Fyi, it happens since the last success usage of the gps service

can get 2mbps on average in subang, setapak area..even klang 1-2mbps. but indoor still need to improve for the speed as most of the time only able to get 300-600kbps in shopping mall like paradigm, pyramid even full bar.

paradigm and pyramid i think still havent upgrade to HSUPA as its upload speed still 300-350kbps..
but once u reach outside, even though the dl speed is same, the upload speed will maintain 1.7mbps

pyramid signal strength and speed are very random. weekdays can reach 4mbps. weekend <1mbps
should be congested and not upgraded problem.
But, Digi wont care... aiz

How much is the roaming charges in Singapore. I can find the calling charges but what about receiving?

I can get 3to 8 mbps, most time, depend location in kl or ceras or pj, once a while over 10mbps

u can by upgrading ur plan.
