I just received a SMS regarding my account have been deducted by 102 400 RM at 5.00 pm recently. I am quite shock as I received the message because I'm just using prepaid service. Later, I check my actual balance and my internet balance have been displayed to 0 MB (It should have 70++MB left). Then I head off to call service hotline technical department and they inform me that the value of 102 400 is my internet balance. Not happy with the answer, I start arguing with the person in charge and he just drop off the call without proper etiquette.

I have the proof that I have not use Internet more than my actual balance. I just want to know where is my data gone? Is it because of Digi network problem?Or my phone have been hack?

I just migrate from the Maxis earlier. This is my 1st time encounter this. Usually the data from carrier and handphone will not be very far. The handphone will display more data consumption than the carrier. I will always check the balance everyday it still give me the same results (still below than my maximum capped) until yesterday I got the message regarding the deducted value. That's why I am very piss off!!Suddenly gone like a dust!Even for a just 70MB of value, I am very doubtful if it will happen at more bigger data leech than this.

Does anyone here still using Digi Smartplan Prepaid?
I encounter some doubt regarding my call balance. AFAIK, all the unused balance will be carry forward if they are still within the capped valued. For the last 2 month, I noticed that my call quota is not carry forward to next month compare to my SMS and data quota.
Someone please help?

the problem is the smart plan have a LLLLOOOOOTTTT of limitation despite the bundle value. Can't change to any other plan, can't sms to other than mobile number, can't roaming and also can't renew into 1 year period. If there is other telco that can provide better than digi I will definitely change.

I do think the new Digi Smart Prepaid already on loosing side compare to other telcos. Why don't they remain the old SmartPlan?

Anyone here having the same issue as me?Currently using the OLD Digi Smart Plan Prepaid. Suddenly my call credit gone as per my last check, the balance should have at least 10min ++.

Just call Digi Hotline this morning. So Digi already revised the call rate for other telco without giving notice. . For those who are using the old Digi Smart Plan Prepaid, before this you will get 60min of call, 60sms, 60mms, 1gb of data to all network if you topup RM30. Right now Digi will change the rate as the 60min of call only apply for Digi to Digi only. For Digi to other network it will be change to 1min of call = 8min of your credit. Sigh!!!

Have anyone here using Digi Music Freedom after the period of 120 days? What happen after that?Do we still get the free streaming service?
