I have the proof that I have not use Internet more than my actual balance. I just want to know where is my data gone? Is it because of Digi network problem?Or my phone have been hack?

I just received a SMS regarding my account have been deducted by 102 400 RM at 5.00 pm recently. I am quite shock as I received the message because I'm just using prepaid service. Later, I check my actual balance and my internet balance have been displayed to 0 MB (It should have 70++MB left). Then I head off to call service hotline technical department and they inform me that the value of 102 400 is my internet balance. Not happy with the answer, I start arguing with the person in charge and he just drop off the call without proper etiquette.

I just migrate from the Maxis earlier. This is my 1st time encounter this. Usually the data from carrier and handphone will not be very far. The handphone will display more data consumption than the carrier. I will always check the balance everyday it still give me the same results (still below than my maximum capped) until yesterday I got the message regarding the deducted value. That's why I am very piss off!!Suddenly gone like a dust!Even for a just 70MB of value, I am very doubtful if it will happen at more bigger data leech than this.

Does anyone here still using Digi Smartplan Prepaid?
I encounter some doubt regarding my call balance. AFAIK, all the unused balance will be carry forward if they are still within the capped valued. For the last 2 month, I noticed that my call quota is not carry forward to next month compare to my SMS and data quota. Someone please help? |

I do think the new Digi Smart Prepaid already on loosing side compare to other telcos. Why don't they remain the old SmartPlan?

Anyone here having the same issue as me?Currently using the OLD Digi Smart Plan Prepaid. Suddenly my call credit gone as per my last check, the balance should have at least 10min ++.
