My voicemail already deactivated long ago, but I send the request again last night. Normally, after that, just get a system sms to say already deactivated previously. But, this time I got the same weird message as you.

It seems DG expanded the voicemail options recently, since I see the menu got more complicated than before. I suppose there are still some technical issues.

Maybe you can check what apn your Opera Mini is using, I think it needs to be digiwap rather than diginet.

Anyway, it's best to check with DG CS.

Extract from DG Press Release today

During the year, DiGi increased its capital expenditure to RM700 million in line with the progress made on the company's business transformation programme, which includes modernisation of its network, information system and information technology (IS/IT) infrastructure, and distribution channels. In the year, DiGi emphasized significantly on delivering a quality network experience, an important foundation needed to enable Internet For All. More than 3,200 sites have been swapped to date while maintaining good control on quality in addition to expanding 3G service to more than 60% of Malaysia's population coverage.

So, after all the upgrades, 3G coverage still not even reaching two-thirds the population.

2nd - I actually meant all the upgrades so far

About the HSPA plus, I suspect DiGi may plan to activate this one at same time as their LTE. We'll see.

No, your existing validity will carry over to the new plan. I update mine already and the expiry date didn't change.

Ya, I understand your concern. I had this same problem when I upgraded my Hotlink plan and then had to negotiate with Maxis for my validity back.

From my experience, there is no such complication with DG though you could always wait till closer to your SLL renewal date.

Nope, I have not tried Tron so far, though it is interesting for the 365 days validity for any topup amount.

Tron is an MVNO using DG's network, so coverage will be the same as DG's.

Honestly if your DG Best only gets 10 mins of calls per month, you may as well switch the line to Tron and save yourself RM33 on SLL plus upgrade fee.

Not aware of any, but Old Best users still have Super Deals (*128# option 2) with 100 DG-DG sms for RM1, valid for 15 days.

New Best don't have this offer sad.gif

Anyone know the quota for this 7-days plan?

I need to reactivated my Easy line soon, before DG cancel my birthday bonus.

Few days plan is more flexible than monthly, can terminate early and let DG sweat..
