You'll get 30 days from the date of activation. After that it will auto renew for another 30 days, unless you cancel the service before midnight on day 30. The price will be RM48/30 days from 01 July onwards. The new price will only apply if you subscribe or renew from July on. DiGi already delayed the RM48 price a few times and in my opinion will do so again. http://www.digi.com.my/internet/3g/pricing_mi500.htmlThis post has been edited by dgboy: Jun 17 2012, 08:11 AM

indeed, can email to aduan@cfm.org.my
be sure to include your
Name New NRIC Mobile number Alternate contact number
or you can register account with CFM
i emailed one complaint and CFM registered an account for me, where can track the status of complaint, etc.
however, do raise any matter with the telco first and give them a period of time to settle the matter, like 7 days
if no reply, or the telco do not satisfy you with their reply, then turn to CFM

DG Prepaid Broadband is introduced around mid-May.
It replaces the old Limited Edition plan.
Validity period are shorter, and there is no strangulation - after exhaust the quota, line will be barred until reload.

QUOTE(nickcct @ Jun 30 2012, 06:10 PM) Yea. Everyday data line not run, frustrated with it also. I'd been using Hotlink Mobile Internet Monthly since early June, as Maxis offered me it @ RM10 for 500MB. The service was not consistent, many times hard to connect (and this in the centre of KL). Maxis usually better than this, yet June it has been bad. Btw, today [01 July 2012] is the last day to subscribe MI Monthly with DiGi Prepaid at the RM30 fee.

QUOTE(nickcct @ Jul 2 2012, 09:35 AM) DiGi Mobile internet got the change, RM30 for 300mb per month and RM48 for 750mb per month. But wandering the RM30 for 300mb, after finish quota will throttled or they will block the internet access? Throttle the speed - these TnC apply to all the Mobile Internet Options :- 7 By subscribing to Mobile Internet, the Subscriber will be enjoying Internet access at 384kbps (3G speed). 8 By subscribing to Mobile Internet, the Subscriber is entitled to a usage of XXXMB during the Subscription Period as stipulated in DiGi's existing Fair Usage Policy. Upon exceeding the fair usage quota of XXXMB, the Subscriber shall continue to enjoy Internet access but with a throttled speed of 64kbps until the end of the Subscription Period.

I'm still trying to find out what DiGi's notice on sim card hijacking is actually about. But I don't think it relates to Facebook Zero. All these so-called Zero services (Facebook, DiGiLive, and etc) have limitation that the service is only free for accessing certain web addresses... as soon as you move outside, for example by clicking on a link or an advert, you will be subject to data charges. And you must use digiwap as the APN.
From the FAQ page:
Is Facebook Zero free?
Yes, Facebook Zero is FREE of Internet charges - as long as you surf within the boundaries of the FB Zero site using ONLY the digiwap APN (Access Point Name). Browsing images and videos will incur Internet charges. Similarly, leaving the FB Zero site to the normal Facebook Mobile site (http://m.facebook.com ) will also incur normal Internet charges.

QUOTE(BakaNeko:3 @ Jul 15 2012, 03:01 PM) I am connecting to Zero.facebook.com using the opera mini >>uncategorized (access points) DiGi WAP , This is the settings that I have been using but still, when i get my bill. I see that Digi is still charging me , not just a few cents but sometimes almost reaching a few bucks. OTL I am very careful not to click those image links or divert to non-zero websites Thanks for your response so far 1. I think you need to set the access point inside the Opera Mini settings rather than your connection settings. If digiwap is under the uncategorised apn then you most likely have diginet as your main internet apn and Opera Mini could be using that. 2. But I've also encountered problem with free stuff under DiGi... Last year it was free music download where i got stung for RM5 despite taking great trouble to follow DiGi's instruction. DiGi reimbursed me for that. But after the experience I decided so-called free offerings were not worth the hassle. Now I always avoid them. This post has been edited by dgboy: Jul 16 2012, 10:41 AM

QUOTE(BakaNeko:3 @ Jul 19 2012, 04:13 PM) Maybe I'll just refrain from using the facebook zero often and wait to get the data plan XD you might wanna try Mobile Internet Monthly which currently is RM30/300MB/30days then you don't need to worry if it's free or not, and you can do other light surfing whenever you want for RM1/day
