DiGi upgrading in KLCC and Golden Triangle all of this week

According to DiGi Engineering, no upgrading in Bukit Jalil right now.

i just mention it, because DiGi do not actively promote this offer

they prefer we spend 10 sen smsing non-FnF DiGi numbers (until we hit RM1)

DiGi kinda got divide and rule policy

prepaid, cheaper for call and sms

postpaid, cheaper for internet

meanwhile, the DiGi Prepaid Mobile Internet Monthly promo rate of RM30/30 days has been quietly extended to 30 June 2012

I also want to know this, the DiGi website totally silent on it

But I think it is unlikely at the moment because

1 DiGi restricted prepaid plan switching in recent years

2 It's complicated how to convert existing Best balance into Smart Plan quota

For calling certain Indonesian network only at 22 sen/min.

And according to DiGi CS, there is only one IDD FnF, though my online account shows 5 slots.

Apparently there is two DiGi Best plans:

Old DiGi Best Hit RM1
New DiGi Best Prepaid

We can change from Old to New for RM3 fee. According to CS the new plan has special IDD rate to 5 countries and the new plan apply already to activation since 18 April 2012.
