Petalz, in front of it is Old Klang Road and on top of the Old klang road is NPE highway. Behind Petalz is KTM.

Inner Left is low cost.

Those Bought facing the back u will hear HONnnnnnnnnnn (Train Horn). Jung Jung (moving train) from 6 am till 2am.

And constant shaking from KTM passed by.

1 more thing both will kena big time when they repair the tract which quite frequent. Tract repair are done with heavy machinery and it is usually carried out during the night till way way way night...

Location So near Midvalley, ecokl city, bangsar, bangsar south, brickfield, seputeh high end place, taman desa Japanese n Korean community, sungai besi future bullet train station, kuchai. Behind is pj. Here Kl address. This place anytime better than PJ. Bkp already hit 1k PSF. Jialat PJ many hit 800psf. At okr Many tycoons grow up here. Pavilion boss, ioi boss... Many more... Ong area Mana cari.

funny enough.. 9 seputeh is surrounded by tall low cost flats in all directions except Taman Desa view. N units facing Pantai 2 STP will also face Indah water.. at least ur assured that ur toilet problems will be solved ASAP

my only reservation of this project is no MRT/LRT/Monorail but priced it as it got them....
