Therefore, those who bought facing the front will hear Beep Beep,.. Dung Dung... swearrsszzzz...

Those Bought facing the back u will hear HONnnnnnnnnnn (Train Horn). Jung Jung (moving train) from 6 am till 2am.

And constant shaking from KTM passed by.

1 more thing both will kena big time when they repair the tract which quite frequent. Tract repair are done with heavy machinery and it is usually carried out during the night till way way way night...

I am staying opposite it. I can see the site very clearly. Currently they are digging think car park

Went there last week to see see look look. VIVO sold out left with residence unit.

Plenty to choose. Super crap design with very TINY Living Room. Commercial part no news yet.

Location is perfect but price too high and maintenance fee is 40 plus cents before Sinking Fund.
