take up rate for tower c and d is so so nia. price psf is around 680 for lower floor. i think their strategy of launching soho at 780 psf is to "pikat" people to buy tower c and d at lower psf. how many unit of soho? i think not many.

tower c and d only for the where got 680 per sf.. the cheapest is around 745 psf..
if i not mistaken soho only 280++ units..
but i think they very difficuit to improve their sale.. although monorial is confirm in front of them.. this price killing us.. if compare
KL gate way, south view location no bad too.. what the reason to choose 9 seputeh.. they don have strategy on thier project.. even their sale.. why the reason for selling 800 per sf? because of near mid valley? delvoper don have strategy for their future project.. and lead their team.. if you're the investor.. don you chose them.. doh.gif

got. tower d, lower floor, bu is 1238. psf is rm 680. 2 car parks, partly furnish but leasehold.

Sibeh jialat kau kau expensive. Mostly jialat no car park. Jialat tiny monorail... Sibeh How many can tumpang? Kaulat high dense style uoa project also not far.... This 9 putih kaulat Sale soso. Jialat Liao. MRCioB kaulat pun-teh project.

D'Sara going for record price for the Area leh, super high-density, SqWhere might be a better call. On the flip side, D'Sara will have a MRT link bridge.
