Not sure about completion but am worried about the quality though. Was in so many offices building in kl sentral ( which was told build by / under mrcb). The quality is so far so bad... However am not sure if the commercial project or residential property are using the same contractor or not. Hopefully the residential ones will have a much better quality... Just my 2 cents

Just went to 9Seputeh sales office yesterday. SOHO sold out(size around 500sf). Small unit(size around 700 to 800sf) still got around 20% available, big unit ( size around 1200sf) many many available...

all the project just completed also cannot sell or rent out. I think just hold on the fire, if really need to buy property look for some sub sale. They are panic to let go their unit.

Hope the 9 Seputeh link to NPE can lessen OKR congestion. Dev must have some strong cables lol.
Anyway Jalan Puchong there so many new condo loke Parklane OUG, Tiara etc, scary lar how congested this road will be. |
