Net price much cheaper... they have very complicated rebate system....effectively 12% i think.
Average price around 750psf net net net.

No car park

Free only aitcond n kitchen cabinet....thats all...no hoob n hod.

True small units all taken...
But they big units arent that big also...just 1000sq 3 bedders only......
Last time it consider an entry level.....only now it consider si beh large.....funny how things have changed now.

For 1000sq units, it comes w 2cp.

True...only higher floor available (above 30storey) and abs price point of around 900k. Yes there is a bit to pay for living like 1km to mid valley.

Eco city already selling 1300psf...so effectively u r paying around 300k for the lrt. Hmmm.....can buy you an evoque lioa if u choose to stay in 9seputeh....keke

Partly furnished only for resi blocks which is even more expensive.
Tower c n d provide 2 cps? Launched already meh? What is the smallest units to entitle to 2 cps?

actually when you start zoning, you need to have the centre of gravity to start.

By taking MV as centre of gravity is wrong already, bcos MV is not part of OKR.

The OUG/Parkson used to be the heart of OKR but I dunno anymore these days.

The SA that served me few years back terang terang told me that there wont be monorail....maybe bts.

Luckily i didnt cheong...was looking at their soho block....not very impressive w their resi block.

Always wanted something along okr.....guess it never meant to be.
