What's the sales like for the SOHO? The land is commercial, not sure whether they converted the utilities to residential.

Soho smaller unit 95% sold EXCEPT for the larger units i think 10% sold only.
I went few days ago to view.

Hmmm .... isn't there a huge shit pond nearby.? Wonderful aroma when the wind is just right or is that treatment plant going to be discontinued ?

As of now, it depends on each of the development.

Generally, as per Kastam policy, SOHO is under GST taxable category, regardless of the usage or HDA signing.
