Seems like they need to market heavily to sell out their product, their banners are all over my residential area. But nevertheless, no worry if you plan for own stay , since it is develop by MRCB, the completion of the building should not be a problem.

Went there last week to see see look look. VIVO sold out left with residence unit.

Plenty to choose. Super crap design with very TINY Living Room. Commercial part no news yet.

Location is perfect but price too high and maintenance fee is 40 plus cents before Sinking Fund.

Conclusion.......... OUT

The VIVO ( soho / studio ) unit has been sold around 90% since last year November during pre-launch , and the bigger / residences unit, has not much difference since then unsure.gif .
