hi bro, can i know what you did in the end? may i know what type of item you brought in?

i have two parcels stuck at custom with similar status. so i’m not sure if i should self collect or appoint poslaju to do it.

i believe this is case by case basic la. some need to open it on the spot. i suggest you to call custom and seek help / advise next course of action.
