I tracked my parcel and it says Self Collection but I din't receive any letter or card and worst thing is the delivery man never even came to my doorstep never left anything to tell me to self collect

So do I go to the office and collect without any letter or card now or wait ?

is it cheaper to use own courier bag or what?

big but light items, i will use own packing.
cause the RM6 plastic is too small~

but sometime still scare la, for items over 1k
