Wanna ask, why my window experience index only 5.9?For primary hard disk data transfer

my m14x R1 stay more than 30secs on Welcome Screen.... then black screen for >10secs..... any idea? thanks |

How much the cost if want to change m17x R3 FHD WLED to 120hz one and is it able to do this actually? Is there any performance fan that we can replace wif the stock fan?
