- Headphone/ earphone type: Headphone, preferably closed, circumaural.
- Other requirements (if any): Prefer balanced, not too bassy and not ear piercing treble. Doesn't require amp to drive.

Less than 500, less than 1000, more than 1000, more than 3000? Good comes in at many different price point.

if you really don't care for your budget, then there are alot better choices beyond Fanny Wong 1001. AT-M50, Beyer DT770/32 etc

budget dont care just between solo HD and fanny wang 1001..need your opinion between both model

That is still a long list. In the audiophile world we are all searching for that one pair of headphone that provides the greatest listening experience but that ultimately depends on whether the sound suits you. Analytical? Neutral? Or a colourful and musical sound? Thunderous bass maybe?

Come to think of it, almost all the big brand names have good reviews for their products under the range you mentioned And people are only choosing the right sound signature, the musical technicality comes second.

no budget ... then go for Ultrasone Edition 8 , or Audeze LCD-2 .

- Other requirements (if any): headphone, cover whole ears, comfort and with super long cable like what Philips has around 2 meter+-

i tried solo hd&fanny wang b4,fanny wang slightly sound nicer&balance than the beats,i paired with fiio e11,u might consider to get amp as well.

LOL now i know what is AMP

ty so much..now i confirm getting fanny wang + fiio ( which AMP is good and less 250)
