The phone less than 2 weeks old. very good condition. Done check everything. Lucky me to found it.

I guess that is the retail price. I called many shop also all say RM999 only.

official shop usually will always sell at retail price which is rm999. unless u buy from outside then u can get cheaper...dont know why people dont want to buy from outside as its cheaper...anyway if want to claim warranty is the same anyways as u will bring back to the service center... perhaps its more convenient to get from official stores?

people afraid of the warranty that the outside shops offer compare to official shop.

Actually i would like to ask this 1 more time to confirm. Those gameloft games their 500mb+ files and all that will land in the 1gb partitioned internal sd right? Can't be moved to external sd without patching/rooting right? I hope someone can list down how many hd games did they put in there without patching/rooting

Oh yeah, I didnt realized that, coz I dun like the haptic thingy. I am using SwiftKey-X, and it has the function, though vibration not so strong,... which is good to save battery power. I love the phone until now.

Tested Colleague's Defy+... UI is unbearable for me.

I buy from IMCC also get 2 years warranty, double confirmed by samsung also...

yeah maybe that is 1 of the reason....but there are few official SEP in this forum...bought mine from them & confirmed its 2 years warranty from samsung already...

anyways...here is some screenshot of my battery usage...pretty awesome huh?



1st test/1st screenshot: phone went through minor usage...check here & there, facebook a bit, wifi a bit...then final few percentage used maps & foursquare which is why u can see the battery in the graph went through a sharp fall

2nd test/2nd screenshot: phone left on standby throughout the test...only did some minor checking on sms, current date/time & battery status. i think if i left it to drain till 0% it can last for 4days or maybe a little bit more(5days perhaps?)...

other shop is cheaper cos the warranty duration is not same & some might even din get to claimed it or claimed by the ship itself. outside cheaper b'cos they got other way to ship in to m'sia some unit will be defected. be safe just buy it at official outlet for more secure.

Original launcher would be TouchWiz UI. It's a Samsung developed launcher, just like HTC Sense and Motorola's Motoblur.

this phone can be used overseas with non malaysian telco?

your phone looks like brought over from some telco overseas, like either not ori (maybe AP) or something...or is one of those sets like maxis HTC sensation they get from indonesia - my friend's HTC sensation also got some junk and cannot remove unless u root and remove them yourself.

I also have these files in my phone.

i think everyone should check theirs..i will check my wife's phone when i get back from work later
