yeah...block C not much progress.
But Block D progress well, only few floors lower than the Block A+B. Can see it clearly from the other side of Persiaran Meranti. 1.5 years to go for VP.

Block C tender is given to a China company if not mistaken. Am I correct?

Yeap, but hopefully by that the developer wont be cutting cost of construction, using sub-quality of material on the development since during the construction period, the cost of construction definitely increase further. Hope wont from luxury condo become medium one. shakehead.gif

Safe to say quality can be assured coz if they screwed this up, they will have a hard time to sell the rest of the remaining phases.

Wonder how much will they be selling for the new phase...Since currently they are already selling at 600 psqft... Every new block increase by 50 psqft, by the time they launch the last phase, it will be easily over 1000 psqft if according to the way they increase price....

The Foresta Phase 2, consisting two condominium towers of 452 units, has a target gross development value of RM500mil. “The units are between 1,200 sq ft (sf) to 2,000 sf and while we have not finalised the selling price as it will be launched a year from now, we’re estimating a range from RM700 per sf.”

my main concern about this project is that part of the hill has been cut off to accommodate the building and
the block nearest /facing to the road is on stilts??

from the opposite of the road one can see the erosion from the hill that has been covered with blue tarp - not sure how
close this is to foresta development..

Was told that phase 2 will have duplex units, should be nice forest view if they provide full glass on a duplex units....

But again, the 1200 sqft price for phase 2 will probably get you the 1400sqft unit in phase 1....So phase 2 buyers will be paying more for less in this case...

did they allocate parking bays for each unit, is it 1 bay per unit? I can't imagine how bad traffic would be in the morning when everyone will be squeezing to get to work, not to mention the route to LDP is already so insanely congested in the morning..

2 bays per unit

Developer required to expand current road from 2 lanes to 4 lanes

Thought he was asking whether per unit only 1 CP which will result in many cars parking along the roadside

front and back meaning - 2 cars, if the back one wants to go out, the front one must move? or back to back, both can move without blocking each other?

this is what I was curious about, I'm curious whether in total - will there be sufficient bays or not since now 1 unit = 2 bays. Not to forget some families, parents each 1 biji kereta(2 biji), their kid masuk uni also 1 biji = 3 biji car, mana mau parking..
