Was told that phase 2 will have duplex units, should be nice forest view if they provide full glass on a duplex units....

But again, the 1200 sqft price for phase 2 will probably get you the 1400sqft unit in phase 1....So phase 2 buyers will be paying more for less in this case...

CP is 2...but it's all front n back...only the bigger units get side by side....

Basically from what i heard, apart from what is stated in your post...the developer has no intention of opening up more road for damansara foresta... Not even bandar sri damansara...

Yeap, so the jam will be quite bad if 2800 cars coming out from 1 exit...haha....

Well, but if your the buyer of phase 1 should be quite alright i believe as phase 1 will be the nearest to the entrance and exit...

Imagine for phase 4 buyer, how long they have to queue if they were to come out during peak hour...haha..
