Was told that phase 2 will have duplex units, should be nice forest view if they provide full glass on a duplex units....
But again, the 1200 sqft price for phase 2 will probably get you the 1400sqft unit in phase 1....So phase 2 buyers will be paying more for less in this case... |

Well, but if your the buyer of phase 1 should be quite alright i believe as phase 1 will be the nearest to the entrance and exit...
Imagine for phase 4 buyer, how long they have to queue if they were to come out during peak hour...haha.. |
