It's titanium, sandwich dial, original design, does that whole Panerai strap change character change thing... for like less than RM800.

And their honest about their roots... none of the Swiss and heritage blah blah blah.

Somemore comes with a tool box... good value.

What's the general consensus on LV's Tambour watches? Tried one on the other day, boy do they look good on my wrist, geometries are perfect.

The tambours do look nice and i had a chance to play with a friends one once upon a time but to me they are quite expensive from a fashion brand that doesn't specialize in time pieces...though i have read that the movements they deploy are quite solid...

dare to take the plunge? cool2.gif

They were using Zenith movements for a period of time (since they own Zenith) but no more now as Zenith movements are now reserved only for Zenith watches.
I think they spend alot on RnD for their own movements. Costs a bomb though...

Heh, I just might. Such a sucker for brown and shiny things. Congrats on the Royal Oak, you're with the big boys now.

i havent taken a good look at that model yet, but are the indices plastic or metal?
some ppl have said the new BM has chrome indices...i've also yet to take a good look at that.
while on the SRP315 they look like black chrome indices.
