Guys, i'm not sure whether i am having problems with my astro or my LED TV, i experience loud background (don't know how to describe the sound but it sounds like hissing or fuzzy noise) noise on some channels especially during quiet scene...its annoying and driving me crazy...

*just google and found out that i having static noise on some channels...any solutions?

Hi, anyone watched the manu game last night in 3d?

My tv projected the 3d as a cross eye stereoscopy. Everyone's tv the same? I watch it for like 3-4 minutes with my eye crossed lol... and its better than watch it in normal HD ~_~

So, for my tv. I want to know the type of glass to use to see it... or i cant? lol. Anyway my tv isnt officially 3d tv.

I watched it in 3d on Samsung LED and it was fine, I just had to set the tv to side by side 3d.

So the glasses u use for your tv is active or passive?

side by side, use passive glasses can right? Like the one at cinema. I want to buy the glasses but still afraid if its the wrong one ~_~

The prices should be around RM30-90 right? @@

Astro should work on putting their subtitle on screen. I mean how difficult is that?

That said, there's no subtitle on other HD channel than Zhi Zun HD & ONE HD.

hey guys,

Some of the channels are somewhat 'having bad signal recipient'. Channels affected so far are 102, 103, 104, 107, 119, 615 and 710. These are the heavily affected. The pictures would go 'cd cetak rompak' most of the time.. barely watch-able.

It started happening since last night around 8pm before the heavy-heavy downpour at 10pm. Im in Klang btw. And now, this clear morning its still happening but more less affected compared to last night till the black dialog box appeared.

Any other channels are working fine. Especially HD channels. 431, 433, 720~726. Heck, I think most non-local stations have no problem.

I've checked the cable conn and nothing is wrong with the conn. Even tried rebooting and re-insert the smart card.


Any ideas?

Really? I think i have same probs like ur before but right now is back to normal without doing anything...

I too not sure what went wrong. If the cable conn is fault, I wont be getting any other channels right? But, this problem applies to local stations like TV1, TV2, TV3, NTV7, ALHijrah, TV9, and some international stations like Disney and Fox.

I think nothing probs with ur cable bcoz i also think same like ur befor and i already know just now how that's probs solve... bcoz my dad already call Astro customer servis... I think myb probs with astro signal...

As it is with AF, ABO smartly put into SP is a waste of money, who wants another ABO,could it be a movie or sports on demand!!

It's related to Awie & Ella concert (ABO ch.961 & ch.962 (HD) ).

Lulz. Need to buy another ABO if want those 2 extra channels.
