Hi guys, just want to ask if the traffic police summon amount updated?

Is the discount for traffic summon applicable for paying within 15 days?

I have Indian licence for both bike and car. I do not have international Licence. I heard mix views of using Indian licence here.
Some says commonwealth countries' licence can be used here.

Some says you just need a document that will convert your current foreign licence to local and they will deposit foreign licence as security.

Some says no matter what if u not from SEA and developed countries such as USa UK aus etc, you have to attend classes and then apply.

Any one got idea about this?

Anyone have details to bid for new registration number? What is the procedure and document required?

Any website that we can check the previous bidding result of registration number? At least can use as guideline for bidding.

Thanks.

Hi guys, Appreciate some help here.

I need to do an ownership transfer for an old car of mine..

The problem is this.

1) The reg card states the "tuntutan hak milik" by the finance company
2) The previous owner has settled the finance a long time ago but has not collected the settlement letter/ cancelled the tuntutan hakmilik.
3) He tried getting it from Hong Leong Bank but was given the run around.

My question is,

1) How can I proceed to transfer the ownership with out the settlement letter?
2) is there any other way for the owner to cancel the tuntutan hakmilik by the finance company?

Appreciate some help guys.

Thanks.

nowadays jpj no longer use a letter from the finance company.. its all online already and they call it e-batal... its simple just walk in to any jpj office and check if the finance company have done it online or not... if the jpj said not done then get back to the finance company and ask them to do it...

Hi guys, I'm planning to sell my old car, and the buyer is outstation at the moment, can only settle next week. The thing is, my road tax will expire tmr. Can I just let it be or do I have to renew it for puspakom inspection + jpj transfer?

Hassle weh if I wanna renew and have to wait for a refund frm the insurance company.

i would like to ask fellow people here..

i have 4 summons, 2 blacklisted and 2 not blacklisted.

i have trouble renewing my road tax. is it because of all the summon or is it because of the black listed ones.

One of my blacklisted summon has this code, LN170/59 (099(2)(I)), which i dont really understand and cant really google anything out of it.

another of the blacklisted summon is with a motorcycle, not under my name but summoned under my name because i was the one who rides it.

now the main issue is i want to renew my road tax, which summon i should pay to enable me to renew my road tax?

May I know if JPJ Putrajaya still available for the processing of replacement license? According to this, it has moved to Bangi.

Can someone advise on this?

Thanks
