the legal tinting rules from JPJ is minimum 70% light on the windscreen and 50% for the rest right? not 70% for both windscreen and the back one right?

if i actually do put it at the maximum legal amount and police/jpj accused me of using tint that is darker than the legal limit, how do i prove to them?

I trade in my car in April 2013. The dealer has settled my HP in May 2013. However, I am not provided with any documents on the transfer of ownership. I pre-signed some JPJ transfer form. THats all.

Is there any way for me to check on the status of ownership?

Once the ownership has been transferred I think the vehicle won't show your name, and details.

Try it with car you currently own, and the other.

Please remember that when you've sold your car, that the 'buyer' or agent, gives you a letter of indemnity to state that all future liabilities (summons etc) are not in your name. Else they can go rack up summons and all that, then just dump the car in future. And your name will be in database for not paying summons.

After buying a new number from JPJ, how long can i hold before registering it with new car? Can i get refund or penalty if i don't want that number?

what type of document u get from them?
