JPJ issued me a letter on 2/12/2022, but the letter was only received on 18/2/2023, the letter mention that if the compound has not been paid on 1/1/2023 I would have to attend court. What should I do? Should I pay them? If I pay them they would say the data 1/1/2023 already has passed.

i have a superbike wanted to sell off the number plate on that bike. that bike still have some debts left if i settle the loan, i can just go jpj and change the bike to the other person to let him transfer the plate? and how much is the transfer fee?
if i transfer the bike to him is there any cool down period i need to wait then he can transfer back the bike to me?
what docs i need? after i online pay settle the full amount i will get like docs saying that i clear the loan and need bring to jpj?

So i was performing the ownership transfer and failed due to blacklist, went to JPJ and did the temusiasat process, and paid everything off, how long does it take for the blacklist to be lfited?

The officer said its instant but now resubmit the transfer and still failed, in mysikap checked, all cleared edy

I've got the same notice today although I paid the summon online 4 days after the offence. I feel this notice is to scare the driver to pay. I'd suggest just pay online & save the receipt.

I previously converted my malaysian license to a singapore license 20 years ago. Have now moved back to Malaysia for good and looking to convert / get back my Malaysian license.

Have been getting inconsisten info so far - 1st visit to JPJ HQ Selangor, officer said no need convert back, can drive using Sg license. So didint convert.

Later research says Sg license can only drive for 90days. So went back to ask again (months later). This time officer say if wanna convert back, got to go Sg LTA to cxl license, get a letter then go JPJ JB branch only then can convert back. Then she said, oh your license so long ago, think you have to retake the driving test - Anyone can confirm?

My concern is, whether i can legally drive on Malaysian roads and whether insurance co will recognise my sg driving license if the need to claim arises. Cannot seem to find anything in Black & White that addresses my concern.

Wondering if anyone else has experience re the above? Thank you in advance.

What is the procedure for car plate interchange for scenario below?

1) Old car (My parent name)
2) New car (My name

We want to interchange the old car number to new car.

Somehow my Enterprise kena saman from JPJ, but I never received the summons until I got a letter summoning to show up in court for not bayar the saman.

I was able to download a list of four saman from the mySikap portal... but when i try to pay them online by searching for the nombor saman/notis they're not found.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
