JPJ issued me a letter on 2/12/2022, but the letter was only received on 18/2/2023, the letter mention that if the compound has not been paid on 1/1/2023 I would have to attend court. What should I do? Should I pay them? If I pay them they would say the data 1/1/2023 already has passed.

Hi all, do we need to make online appointments before visiting JPJ offices for official matters?

i have a superbike wanted to sell off the number plate on that bike. that bike still have some debts left if i settle the loan, i can just go jpj and change the bike to the other person to let him transfer the plate? and how much is the transfer fee?
if i transfer the bike to him is there any cool down period i need to wait then he can transfer back the bike to me?
what docs i need? after i online pay settle the full amount i will get like docs saying that i clear the loan and need bring to jpj?

My bike got stolen, luckily, we found it back, (Just A body, most off the parts already went missing). The bike come with special no plate that i want to get back.

The unlucky part is, when the bike got stolen, there was no Road tax & Insurance renewal have been done.

So i was performing the ownership transfer and failed due to blacklist, went to JPJ and did the temusiasat process, and paid everything off, how long does it take for the blacklist to be lfited?

The officer said its instant but now resubmit the transfer and still failed, in mysikap checked, all cleared edy

I've got the same notice today although I paid the summon online 4 days after the offence. I feel this notice is to scare the driver to pay. I'd suggest just pay online & save the receipt.
