ok disini eli akan menerangkan serba sedikit step step meregister engine,mungkin disini ramai yang tidak puas hati akan kereta alimi yang berkurap serta laju..(kurap kurap pun laju tau.. sbb kaler die radiant grey.. contohnye spt emmett yang telah dimalukan dihadapan orang kampung nye sendiri..) antara salah satu cara tu menapau balik si alimi tu adalah menukar kepada engine leh POWWAH.. berkuasa terbo... secara tak langsung kemungkinan juga si emmett boleh menapau kereta si freaky yang tidak kurang laju jugak.... opss.. melalut pulak

ok first of all.. nak tukar engine mestilah korang pergi beli engine rite..semasa membeli engine di halfcut, pastikan engine yang hendak dibeli ada surat kastam nye..

contoh( SURAT KASTAM )- korang hanya dpt photostat copy jer,pastikan no engine baru tertera pada surat kastam itu.



dan juga tidak dilupakan resit pembelian engine yang menyatakan korang mmg beli engine itu

[tak dapek nak tolong lah..resit harga engine adalah rahsia memasing..]

ok then..

korang akan meng'submit' satu borang iaitu ( SURAT PENUKARAN ENGINE ), dan akan submit surat ni JPJ PUTRAJAYA,klu JPJ CAWANGAN boleh gak,tp paham paham la rakyat malaysia berkerja,semua bertapis,bertangguh. : contoh


dan kemudian satu( SURAT KELULUSAN PENUKARAN ENGINE )akan dikeluarkan(dlm jangkamasa 2-4minggu hari bekerja.(surat ini ada validity time die maximum 3bulan dari tarikh dikeluarkan.)



so selepas mendapat surat diatas, anda akan membawa kereta untuk di'inspect'

selepas di inspect 2 surat akan dikeluarkan
TEST REPORT


dan kalau LULUS

satu sijil akan kluar



kedua kedua paper ini pun ada validity time dia. maximum 1 bulan kot.

selepas itu bawa kedua-dua paper itu untuk masuk balik PEJABAT JPJ,mana mana OFFICE JPJ BOLEH, PUTRAJAYA boleh,CAWANGAN pun boleh, ini adalah untuk ENDORSEMENT NO SIRI ENGINE DI GERAN



ok skang setelah no siri engine lama telah di potong dan diganti no siri engine baru dan di STAMP PAD kan. so skarang kereta anda adalah 100% ROAD LEGAL.

tp belom habis setakat ini,korang kena buat satu SURAT KEPADA SYARIKAT INSURANCE ANDA, SURAT PEMBERITAHUAN PERUBAHAN NO SIRI ENGINE

dan syarikat insuran akan mengeluarkan satu surat kepada anda, menyatakan mereka telah di'informed' akan no siri baru engine kenderaan anda.

please dont get it wrong, nowday JPJ wont allowed CHASIS,MOUNTING WELDING. if under table i dont know. my fren got a few inches mounting welding because of accident also cant pass the puspakom.

every state jpj got different rules.... dat is malaysia..

not trying to get 1.0 G100 Twincam Turbo Injection?shud nicely fit in ur engine bay

ofcourse u cant.

cos its all depend on ur original engine capacity which mean all counted from 1.3

1.3 > 1.8 = 38%
1.3 > 1.6 = 23%

btw max u can go is 1.6 turbo.

p/s: limit for cc upgrade is either 25% or 30% cant very confirm on this part.

4G6x / 4G9x required heavy chasis mounting modification on iswara/saga.

Ask for something 'borang milikan' er.. aaaa letter from JPJ.. to confirm the car is ur's the ownership and everything..

second inspect ur car at puspakom..

3rd go back at jpj office for the borang to be processs...

later they will inform u when new card has ready

heeeeeeeee.. need fill a form at jpj... must make police report.. (simple reason..must make up stories la.. u put the old grant in file which are place in bag ...and place in ur fren car.. and ur fren car just kena pecah and the file is missing together with grant)... bring back the form with police report to the jpj office.. then get an inspection at puspakom.. bring down the result to jpj... then u can have ur new grant...

cant go with broken speedo.. the pictures i posted was in 2003..the comment speedo was poor since the KMH were fluctuate!.. not even broken.. so guess if its broken.. btw this is endorse thing(b2).. dont know implemented for Change name purpose(b5) itwas 10years ago.. now its much strict than before..
