My friend work in panasonic aircon R&D. He said the quality is different now as the parts and design have to be cost down.

Thanks to stiff competitive from china.

Been using panasonic for 20yrs now.

I think would get back the panasonic or change to Mitsubishi.

Mitsubishi and Panasonic is almost the same.. both still have small small problem.. but they are more reliable in term of running long hours... I have both, and they serve great till today...

China brand on the other hand.. yes.. time come, u change whole unit... the blower become very week. max fan speed like lvl1 panasonic speed.

Aircond if no become hot.. no need service... just need clean the exchange element and wash the filter...
if aircond is cold, there is totally no need to fill any gas.. even after 10 years.
*
Yeah.

Its a close loop system.

Gas shouldnt need to be refill every year unless there is a leak... or the service technician trying to cheat $$

Install water pump for the house. so the water pressure will be same for everything.. washing machine etc...

The 10+ years water heater u got do ELB test? only scare run electric...
*
A water pump from the main? As I do have a water filter tank installed at the moment and wasn't sure if it may have affected the flow. Does that mean I should get a water filter + pump combo at the main?

I just did ELCB test last month, so far so good. But once in a while I do worry if I get electrocuted or not (from seeing the news of faulty water heater) because it wasn't fun when you got electrocuted before not once but twice(not from showering) cry.gif

As long as the shower head and hose is plastic, you can't get a nasty shock.

At most is just some tingling at area where there is a break in skin.

Off topic d. But yes my air con need to service every 15 months averagely. Open and wash the indoor unit, cause I do 0 maintenance on it myself. On 24/7.

No add gas just wash the dust.

Is Hitachi well-known for reliability with their shower heaters, or should I stick with Panasonic? Noticed that Hitachi heater with pump is cheaper by a fair bit compared to Panasonic's

That is obvious rubbish.
0.4 mpa is like 4 bar or 58 psi water pressure.
No way you will have that much pressure.
And with that much pressure and 3000 watts obviously the water temp not be what stated there.

And no way for setting temperature or mention of any safety.
Stay away is my recommendation.

Full of red flags for those in the know.
Maintain constant temp? But later at bottom state different temp based on input water temp.

0.4 mpa starting pressure also obvious red flag.
