I'd add some butter to the beef when stirfrying it. Well, depends on your belief lah. Probably paprika also works.

seriously one meal of u guys....is the whole day meals quantity that i have. I think tat's the reason i losing weight in stead of keeping the weight...i lost for 10kg after 2weeks of my workout @_@ doh.gif

did u just started workout?
when i first started workout i dropped 10kg as well although food intake almost the same.

wah 10kg. cool story or not? that's a lot of weight to lose in 2 weeks. i've never been obese so i don't know.

If cut now, i think that may not be the correct decision. Clean bulk is better from my opinion. Calculate ur intake, then u should fine to go on..
