The BK Angus Steakhouse burgers were good. Especially when they had that RM 5 promo. Too bad I only ate it once. After that it was gone already.

The size of the meat was huge too!

Though, not as huge as German Deli at Ampang.

I'd add some butter to the beef when stirfrying it. Well, depends on your belief lah. Probably paprika also works.

If you need some fast acting energy, why not. But if you can refrain from it, fructose+whey would be a more comfortable choice. But i'm only saying this on my experience.
