If cut now, i think that may not be the correct decision. Clean bulk is better from my opinion. Calculate ur intake, then u should fine to go on..

QUOTE(deknoi @ May 15 2012, 04:46 AM) As I will be moving to Penang soon (from the UK) I was hoping to find out what sort of costs I can expect for meat and eggs there. In the UK I am used to pork being the cheapest meat (it can be found for RM11.5/kg) but with Malaysia being a muslim country I'm not sure it will be the same there. If someone could give me the average prices I'd be very grateful. Hi, Eggs (per dozen): Pork /kg: Beef /kg: Chicken /kg: I visit hypermarket quite often. But this is in PJ. Hope can give u some information. Eggs (per 30's): © RM8-9.xx, (A) RM10.xx -price from Tesco Mutiara Damansara - Beef /kg: RM22-26 (Local), RM7-10 (indian import) Chicken /kg: RM5-7 Added on May 15, 2012, 5:47 am QUOTE(reddevilchoo @ May 11 2012, 02:17 PM) I must admit. This meal is cheaaap! Nice.. Usually price = - 2 chickens = RM6 - 2 eggs = Rm1 or 2 - Rice n vege = RM1 or 2 or 3 This post has been edited by kicksense: May 15 2012, 05:47 AM |

@deknoi :
Yeap. Same here, I stop using whey powder starting May 2012. Trying my best to get it from solid food. Really have to spend some time in buying groceries and cook in the kitchen. But i enjoyed it. |
