If cut now, i think that may not be the correct decision. Clean bulk is better from my opinion. Calculate ur intake, then u should fine to go on..

Chicken /kg: RM5-7

Usually price =
- 2 chickens = RM6
- 2 eggs = Rm1 or 2
- Rice n vege = RM1 or 2 or 3

Yeap. Same here, I stop using whey powder starting May 2012. Trying my best to get it from solid food. Really have to spend some time in buying groceries and cook in the kitchen. But i enjoyed it. wink.gif
