Bro and sis, I saw update in their fb page lah. I cut and paste below:
Dear all. Recently many called us regarding the soft launching date because the other developer along OKR that 700m away from our project had just launched (RM630/sqft after discount of 8%). All eagerly wanted to know our unit prices as they afraid that our project will price the same.
Let us assure you that we will not price similar or higher to the recent projects along OKR. Our price per squar...e foot is definitely much reasonable + giving you the award winning building architect design + award winning landscape architect work + spacious living + resort style facilities + private access to river promenade breeze walk at riverside etc.
We noticed many online registered buyers have missed out full mailing address and/or mobile phone number. Please update your latest mobile number and full mailing address by re-register again in our website so that we contact you successfully in near future.
FYI, we have more than 1500 interested buyers for our first phase of 473 units (Block A-242 units and Block B-231 units). Early birds always find the best worms. So fasten your seat belt these few months.

Old Klang Road is one of the oldest and most historically-significant roads in Kuala Lumpur. Several decades ago, it was the only link between Kuala Lumpur and Port Klang.
The stretch along Old Klang Road is mostly lined with residential areas with the occasional squatters.
Old Klang Road has a large Chinese population, this is a good place to get traditional Chinese food.
The Federal Highway, New Pantai Expressway, East-West Link Expressway, KL-Putrajaya High-way, Salak Expressway and KL-Seremban High-way all provide many alternate routes to the Kuala Lumpur city centre, and other parts of the Klang Valley.
The project is also a stone’s throw away from major shopping malls such as the Mid Valley Megamall and The Gardens Mall as well as many established private colleges, universities and other amenities.

Knowing that there are some issue facing by them on the arrangement of the resident of the the land - Kg Manggis, anyone know how they handle this?

yeah quite some time ... Also did some research on their developer. Like 4 Sdn Bhd ... dont know which one is the one ... can someone clarify on this?
