The actual access is next to Sentosa court cut thru 130+feet across and go further another 300 feet to reach the guardhouse, not even reach the building block of the project yet.

They said soft launch mostly probably Oct/Nov 2013 woh. Price don't know yet. I think they follow market lah.

OKR property now so expensive odi. Susah. Semua 600-700/sqft. Itu so called refurbished condo at Bt 4 1/2 want to sell RM1000/sqft. Aduhai...macam mana nak catch up oh???

Luckily last time beli Sanderson and One South, profit will be realised soon, can smell money liao....hehehehe
If this riverville below RM500/sqft I consider lah.
