the site is quite a distance from PA1120 but actually only 1 or 2 stone throw away from tiara mutiara's crown n just across the river and along the old puchong road. aspiring purchasers should also take note that HTC is running very close to the project.

though many claim that crime rate has dropped but banks r still avoiding the entire area right from petaling utama, sri manja to sri sentosa.

Well, Some info here.

11 units per floor
5 levels of car park underneath, and followed by 21 floors for block A and 22 for block B.

1116sf and 1210sf come with one car park, facing gasing hill while 13xx and 1400 come with 2 car parks facing the park and river.
I think the good thing is their park, swimming pool and etc etc all is on the ground floor.

Correction..only 4 levels of carpark. level 5 comprise of residential units with private garden. they r not shown in the sales chart coz 7early 8early already hampalang sapu by internal staff n associate probably with huge discounts.

The flats r quite a distance away from block A/river. U should be more worried about the htc. even than they r not that near either. These 15-storey low cost flats have lower ceiling heights of not more than 9'. assuming riverville's ceiling ht is 9 1/2', level 15 should able to see GH if my assumption is correct. for such units, the best choice is type B6 1210 sf. its a SD corner unit with 2nd n 3rd rooms facing morning sun and its immediate view is permanently unobstructed. {next door r few rows of low rise townhouses/tennis court}. B6 is also furtherst away from the htc. best of all, it is directly overlookng the meandering klang river n soon to be lush greeneries. Just hope that the river dun stink.
