Hey guys, do I need to wait for the order number or for a representative to call me to immediately set an appoinment date? I didn't get confirmation letter like what a few forumers here mentioned. Btw, I applied using their online portal. Need input here.

I don't think you can use it without flashing to custom firmware due to vlan tagging problem...

you should receive an email, the order number is written at the subject. No order number means no order received.

When the installer come, beware of a group of M**** installer!!!

1.those guys, refuse to pull the cable to the 2nd floor because according to them, it's non-standard installation! and demand for RM315

2. The 1st 15m is free, and every additional is RM10 per Meter.
I used 28M, and these bunch of faggots wanted to to charge me for 37M. I told him to prove it.... he kept quiet.... and then he claim that he put additional 3 meters in my box. so i've actually used 31M. i didn't argue because i'm alone with 5 mat rempits. I paid RM160 to them. In the Acknowledgement slip, they wrote there i only used 15M !

3. He also tick another box, USB Wifi Adapter( RM40) which i didn't ask. and he didn't give me either. If TM charges me RM40 for the Adapter which i didn't receive, i'm gonna lodge a police report.

Beware guys, these 5 mat rempit idiots drives a Blue Perodua Viva and a Silver Kancil, they perform installation in cheras area.

Check properly during the installation. don't repeat my mistake.

Don't let all the mat rempits enter your house first. let 1 in and keep the rest out. if you're not happy, kick the faggot out. some of them are out them to cheat you and cheat TMNET.

7. Installation fee includes external cable entrance up to the internal wiring with maximum of 15 metres for fiber cable, 15 meters for Ethernet/phone cables and 30 metres for casing (raceway). Additional charges will be applied for cable more than 15 metres and 30 metres casing (raceway) and charges will be included in your UniFi bill.

The above stated in TM Website. But not true as highlighted in red. 15 meters Ethernet cable is not free. Recently my friend ask for it to connect router to computer from hall to room.

Thanks

and one of them has TM logo tag, although they did not really show off they from TM with tag, they didn't show me the ID, or ask me my ID, haha

may be it is luck, I guess, imagine the wiring and setup took like 1 hour, they are really pro

Ok, found him. This is the Supervisor that day. His name is Helvis Effendi. If you get him, don't open your door . Ask TM to send somebody else!
