When they implement, all the downloader will have slow speed for more than half month every months..

56kbps = dial up mah... In fact... New Zealand still offer dial up, most of the ISP == My friend went NZ some time back and out of curiosity I checked the internet plans over there... Very expensive but according to my friend, the Quality of their Internet is really good. Just expensive internet, more expensive than malaysia. The mobile data plan also extremely expensive. Lol...

When you want get BIZ right... You need to terminate VIP first if I'm not wrong. In that case, you need to pay... RM 6XX I think. Not really confirm though.
