why i cannot play youtube at hypp tv under interactive. its said youtube under development. Sorry if this question has been answered as i cant find in any unify forum. tq.

Just Installed Unifi.
They gave me the D-Link DIR-615 Wireless Router.
Is it true that its Wireless always unreliable ?
Cause I frequently need restart the Router only can connect again.
Around half to 1 hour. Using Wired LAN is alright though.
Please help.

callled unifi at 2.30am they said they re upgrading the tower and mayb few place in klang valley affected

happened to me to though. but the Wired working fine.
so i changed router, no more issues

Something to ask here....after changing the DNS to Public Google DNS, isit will affected download speed of the other direct download website such as wupload, filesonic etc??

And also what does it mean that when your HyppTV suddenly no pic and there is a satellite icon with a 'X'appear beside it?

It seems that my PSP couldn't connect to Unifi.

DL speed don't know, but the blocked file sharing website will be accessible by changing to Google DNS or OpenDNS.

Just wondering guys, are UniFi's download and upload speeds symmetrical? Not sure if I've worded it correctly.
Meaning if I'm on 20Mbps, can I download @ 20Mbps and upload @ 20Mbps simultaneously?

If so, are there any tests for this? Other than torrent of course.

yes symetrical... can download and upload full speed at same time i do it all the time..

u can download from microsoft.com some software... but upload 20mbps where....? what about torrent

hi..i'm new to unifi here...going for the starters with VIP5
installation early next month.is there anything i should be wary of (installation,equipment etc)?

So I am guessing that the wifi signel of the router/modem that comes free for registering with Unifi is weak/faulty?

Its a must to change otherwise your wifi is f'ed up?

just installed on sunday. tested and satisfy the speed. BUT on monday cant online! there's a red light on the BTU's optical. called TM, ask me to wait. called back the installer, told me it's not his job. somemore the iptv not yet install!!!
