this is my current situation, any different fr yours?

i didnt direct plug in, after i flash i plug in my router and they both work like a charm,

is a big different for me as after flash it start to work inside my house perfectly,.

my dashboard / dialer is green color,. like cruxidex posted

my modem's FW is the latest as shown below when i was abt to flash the modem , but my itchfied finger click update also



my former dashboard signal is a bit low as show below



my updated new Dashboard, note the signal is much stronger at the same location

conclusion:

at this time, i am not suppose to get this speed at this location, so i can say tat after the dashboard upgrade, its much better although the modem FW is still the same as the previous FW( but i reflash it too)

i din use my router as i wan the "raw feel"

Network connection (win 7) shows Lan or High Speed Internet

morale of my story:

update your modem + dashboard if u wan better speed

see, work for you too right ? still regret to flash it ?

mine is working charming amazingly and i can use it at any corner inside my house and still get HSPA signal strong and STABLE,..

afternoon speedtest GONE wild after flash

already change to Huawei e1762.. is my huawei got new firmware??

Just update my dashboard..
Speed wise the same and on mac just become white colour while on windows become green colour
Connected to MR3420 same signal but direct connect the pc get -80db..
On router only 51%

if signal is -80dBm and below is considered Good ady

That signal is -80dBm is on pc. Full bar HSPA somemore
How do I check how much signal I getting on router? I only saw the percentage..

i am satisfy now with my E1762, Direct plug in can really get real RAW power of maxis, and now my RSSI: -65dBm.. and speed start running wild in QVOD PLAYER...

You'll need a flash lock code for your E1762, similar to the SIM unlock code. Let me see if I can't find anything in Google.

Update: Just found that I still have the code generator, not sure if it's okay to post here. need fruitie to confirm. Otherwise, you can just send me your E1762's IMEI and I will PM you the generated code.

Er, flashed. Somehow, I have difficulty in using it with my router.

Now direct plugged in, can't load Speedtest.net.

Can revoke back to my previous firmware?

what did you do with the modem wor? the speed is soooooooo.........fast, u using strainer?
