QUOTE(Harddisk @ Nov 9 2011, 09:10 AM) There's rumour that XXJVU is coming! And I just starting to love my XXJVT. XXJVU is already here, in the form of a carrier firmware. XXJVA is XXJVU without the carrier firmware. Already out but no one is releasing custom ROMs based on it yet

For some reason the JVT ramad released is not the official Kies JVT as claimed by him. Coz when i try connecting to Kies it says this firmware cannot be update.

QUOTE(ronaldkh @ Nov 8 2011, 01:02 PM) I'm on the 1.11.4 miuiandroid rom. Just flashed yesterday, the battery life is kinda bad with K-9 Mail sync on. Will wait for a few days for the battery to be calibrated. same goes to me..really bad battery, but ui was so nice and satisfying performance..so how your battery life after calibration?

That's cause your phone is not an XEU phone (from which the ROM is based from). You need to use spooffw or something to fake your phone to be XEU, then only you can update from Kies if you're not using the ROM that your phone originally came from i.e. DXJV9

I change the modem to XXJVT for fun lol, and I don't think it's because of the battery (mine is 13 months of age). Maybe got background apps running?

So quite impossible if it's not XEU as when using KIES it clearly shows XEU too =)

with autokiller preset to LOST..the result still same..are you using miui with thunderbolt!? waiting for your result..so far at the forum got no issues regarding that version mine battery life also quite sarks actually. but leaving it idle during sleeping is ok with me... 29% at 12am.. woke up at 7am... it still has around 22%. yesterday encounter this battery drain from 72% to 33% in 2 hours. It happened because i accidentally set the screen timeOut duration from 1mins to Never~
