Stable and fast..but now realize that they still didn't solved the battery issues..now i've already flash the stable version which MIUI 2.10.21,but the battery drains also same..
i've followed your instructions to disable some sort of things..but it doesn't improve my battery performance..
battery drain even if phone is idle..any suggestions?

Not that bad already. 5% drop every 2 hours when idle I guess.  hmm.gif

But when play games, fuyoh drain damn fast!  doh.gif
*
my baterry drops from 97% to 32% during sleep hours..about 6 hours.. mad.gif
any other things that you do for your battery life?
or the drain is because of the battery itself..the battery already 16 month of age biggrin.gif

Wow yours drain so fast!  shocking.gif

I change the modem to XXJVT for fun lol, and I don't think it's because of the battery (mine is 13 months of age). Maybe got background apps running?

mine battery life also quite sarks actually.

but leaving it idle during sleeping is ok with me... 29% at 12am.. woke up at 7am... it still has around 22%.

yesterday encounter this battery drain from 72% to 33% in 2 hours. It happened because i accidentally set the screen timeOut duration from 1mins to Never~ laugh.gif
*
i also set the timeout to never..but i always lock the screen when not using the phone..
is it not same? lock phone != screen timeout?

dun set it to Timeout!!

if you set it that way, and you accidentally turn on the screen... then it wont turn the screen until you press the power button.

this is what happened to me last night when going to Gym for workout.

when im back after workout.. my screen was damn hot.. really gave me a big sweat time~ laugh.gif
*
but actually i already turn off my screen before sleeps and the battery still drain too fast
nevermind..i'll try it tonight

It depends on whether you want to use your phone for multitasking or performance.  50MB is the middle ground.
sqlite_optimize for both i9000/CM7/MIUI. It will have some errors as well. That's normal.
*
will try the 50MB rclxms.gif
just want to clarify this first, do i need to follow all instructions if i'm on the miui rom with talon kernel?
or i can just start with step 5?

Instructions
1. Copy the CWM zip to your internal sdcard
2. Mount /data and /system in CWM (IMPORTANT!)
3. Install using CWM
4. Wait for bootup
5. Open up Script Manager and launch /sdcard/bolt_scripts/remount_{*} as Root and as Boot. This is done because on Voodoo lagfix, Voodoo will remount the partitions again later after init.d scripts finished launching hence reverting the mounts to stock lagfix mounts. The script then has to be launched only after the Android OS has launched. One way is to use Script Manager.
6. Open up Script Manager and launch /sdcard/bolt_scripts/sqlite_optimize. This script can be used arbitrarily at anytime that you want. Don't load it as boot or copy it to init.d though, it'll significantly slow down your boot up as the script is a very long running script.
7. ????
8. PROFIT

You're using TalonMTD? You need to install Others version. And yes, you need to follow everything from 1. - 8. Including the ???? and PROFIT tongue.gif

But you said that you're on MIUI? TalonDev doesn't work with MIUI :S
*
lorr..doesn't work???
didn't check it because when i flashed it and its done with no erros..
just now i check the kernel version in about phone and it stills the default miui kernel.. doh.gif

so i need to download the other version of thunderbolt! right(not the talon version)?
and then just follow the instructions?

Yes, "Others" version. Yes, follow the instructions smile.gif

already installed it through cwm and run the script but when i try to see whether it is works or not, the result was not same as stated at OP

i can find this file under /system/etc/init.d/:
S70darky_zipalign
S98screenstate_scaling
S98system_tweak

using terminal, when i run this code:
sysctl -a | grep vm

i didn't get this:
dirty_ratio = 90
dirty_background_ratio = 70 (when screen is on)
dirty_background_ratio = 55 (when screen is off)
vfs_cache_pressure = 1 (when screen is on)
vfs_cache_pressure = 20 (when screen is off)

same goes to this code:
getprop | grep MEM

the value is not same as this:
[ro.FOREGROUND_APP_ADJ]: [0]
[ro.VISIBLE_APP_ADJ]: [1]
[ro.PERCEPTIBLE_APP_ADJ]: [2]
[ro.HEAVY_WEIGHT_APP_ADJ]: [4]
[ro.SECONDARY_SERVER_ADJ]: [5]
[ro.BACKUP_APP_ADJ]: [6]
[ro.HOME_APP_ADJ]: [3]
[ro.HIDDEN_APP_MIN_ADJ]: [7]
[ro.EMPTY_APP_ADJ]: [15]

how did i conclude this?its not working or i've done it in a wrong way?
