It's not advisable as CM7 and MIUI are running on 2.3.7. I think you're referring to apps and data?

If you prefer iphone-ish i recommend going for the Galnet miui. overall seems fine and fast, one disadvantage is it does not play all video formats. thats why i still prefer stock roms over custom

The main thing why do you wanna backup the rom? usually restoring diff version of GB always cause the Android OS bug to arise.

For some reason the JVT ramad released is not the official Kies JVT as claimed by him. Coz when i try connecting to Kies it says this firmware cannot be update.

from the looks of the screenshot seems like the phone was not use much and pretty much on idle mode

If phone is unused, for sure battery life is decent. your android os is still quite high though
