It depends on the cat actually.
I have a few Exotic Shorthairs and all of them are very playful  smile.gif
My Birman is more to a lap cat.

You can report to SPCA for the neuter/spaying programme. Every month SPCA and DBKL Klinik Kembiri will go one area to another area to trap and neuter strays programme. Else, you can actually do it yourself. Like myself, I catch female cats around my apartment area, office area & stalls I frequented. Send them for spaying. I'll do it in stages. After round up the female, next round will be male cats. I am doing my part to reduce strays.

Most gentle breed is probably the persian or maybe ragdoll, but the problem is they tend to be overly passive/not playful. I prefer the Birman which is somewhere in between.

thanks, i like birman wub.gif

Hi all. I recently adopted a stray kitten who came to my doorstep. It has been a month since then. Very happy to have him around. Keeping him indoors.

I would like to ask, is there any good boarding for cat around Klang Valley that is recommended. As I will be away for uni sports for a week. Wouldn't want to leave my baby in the wrong hands.

I suggest you neuter female cats first. Once they got pregnant, meaning more population.

Most reputable would be Mr. Jimmy Lee.
If I am not mistaken his website is Felis Wonderland.
Or you may see him directly at his pet shop in Sri Petaling 'Home A Pet'.
He has many grand champions from his cattery and his maine coons are of superb quality.
You will not regret getting one from him that is for sure.

Hi, i fed my kitten a whole munia (ciak tuli, Lonchura striata)
man that was so good to see
but only one of them eating that bird because i only got one
was a pair of munias but one flown away

and i think it is good cause it's the whole prey right (according to guys from BARF Diet thread, fitrah, white palace etc). first i turn the lights off (and it was a night time) but let the porch lamp stay on, the light in the house is very dim, i read somewhere that cats loves hunting in the dark. and let them have fun chasing those munia. and when the munia got into the darker room, it fell down to the floor because loosing sense in the dark and my cat jumped into it. after few hours of playing the munia got weakened and i decided to chop off the munia's head and cut them to pieces.
i know you guys think it's unethical, but prey are meant to be eaten by the predator, God Himself created animals for us to consume and for the kittens, they will play with them first then eat their prey. It is natural. (please don't debate on this matter).

the thing is, when i'm away to work, i have to feed my kittens kibbles and the best kibbles (approved by many) is Orijen but the brand is not available in my area, i'm really looking for it and i hope fellow forumers can help me find the cheapest available

PS: and please guys, please don't turn this post into some point to start a fight (my previous one was) and i have no idea why people love to pick a fight on something so simple. be civilised okay. just go and pummel a wall if you're not in the right mood

Hi,

Just would like to help out a friend.
If anyone of you wants to get a name tag for your beloved furry friend you may contact Bubu Meow Meow at Facebook.
Here is the link :-

https://www.facebook.com/messages/?action=r...33;/loketkucing

Its a very good idea to get a tag as if your pet gets lost at least the person who found your pet can immediately call you.

Price : RM16.00 inclusive of inscription of name and phone number and pos laju
Colors available : Red and Blue
Size : 25 mm

P/s there are many other designs in Bubu Meow Meow's album. Please feel free to have a look. Also, Bubu Meow Meow is very kind enough to donate a percentage of sales to purchase cat food for the strays. Do you part! icon_rolleyes.gif

Thank you.

If you want the collar I have Beawolf64.
The collars that I have is made out of cloth and not the normal woven type which gets kinda fluffly after your cat keeps scratching it.
I can give you a promotional price of RM3.50 per collar.
Outside price is RM6.00 and above.
Do let me know if you are interested smile.gif
