let's see.. other then insulting you with what you want to buy behind you back as if you cant hear it or something like that
the warranty also bad, i bought a Dvd rom from them and it's dead within a month, ask them about it yadda yadda yadda, you know the drill. it's like how everyone said how shit they are, well.. they are shit. 门外汉 - there's my word for every.. let's say chinese who might think of going there.. saving a couple of bucks like 5 to 10 bucks to such unpleasant feeling is not worth it. Business 101 This is the 21st century, please do it the 21st century way. we're not in the 80's or 90's so please.. be smart. not all customers is stupid and not all customers dont have a mouth. plus what will you do if this thing spread to some other thread? |

Last Saturday, I went to PC Fair and bought a Belkin Surge Protector from Belkin Booth.

IN CONCLUSION IS, they afta sales service bad only.
so, i wont buy anything that im scared of spoil from them, which needs to claim for warranty. sucks the thing i will buy is those small accessories. <RM100. caz spoil i oso throw away. if u going to lowyat n claim from sricomp. u waste ur petrol n time without getting anything done. what i bought from sricomp is Kasperksy, mouse, cable, linksys modem. no more. linksys modem is cheaper at ther, a bit risk. but no choice. the thing i bought at sricomp normally wont spoil tat easily. so that, no nid to talk to RUDE Sales Man!! they really rude sumtimes. |

aisey.. so many bad reviews regarding sri computers.. i wanted to buy speaker this weekend but the only shop that have the speaker is sri... other shop dont have... huhu...

Ironic how these ppl failed to improve after all these years of bad service. I remember abt 4-5 yrs ago I had bad experience with them and have never bought anything from them since.
I'm actually suprised that they're still in business despite treating customers badly. I guess they're bading themselves under product brands these days coz they know that ppl are staying away from them because of the reputation they've rcvd |

this computer shop service are very bad, really bad,

This shop is really provide me a bad in service especially when I bought the Samsung monitor from them. Just a week before I bought then I notice a dead pixel, when I return to that shop and shown my problem they totally ignore my existence and tell me that "Only 1 dead pixel, cannot changed". Since that day I really dulan with that shop and never bought anything from them.
